Hmm.. i try browsing your old skin and i think you have improved A LOT! ha ha ha.. seriously.
This skin is a bit simple, i agree. and one thing to note is that there is a huge white space at the bottom if you scroll down in IE...

Like what everyone else mentioned, the line stands out too much.
Try opting for a thinner line to separate posts and entries.
On the other hand I guess this isn't half bad.

image is nice, but i don't like the red font. the codings can also be improved :]
