Colour scheme is all off and btw why is everything so bright? Very disorganised.
Anyway I feel that this skin which you gave a 0.5* is much better in terms of coding and imaging.

I like the blockquote background but it does NOT fit the colour scheme, which I am not even sure of. The picture's BG and the white BG contrast greatly and there's no effort in blending or editing of codes. I can't see any effort here.
