i like the hover thingie but umm..make the word interconnected smaller.

the words are 2 big, and old-fashion. not that its a problem, but it doesnt match the skin

Like others have said, the word "Interconnected" is far too large...

The one thing that seems off to me is the background image - I'm expecting it to continue behind the side text areas, as a transparent little subtle effect. The abrupt transition from the bright blues to solid black on each side kind of surprises the eye. But I guess you can't do much about that. ^_^;

That's pretty hot, but I don't think a scroll for the title is needed...

i agree wif those two below (: heh. i just tagged ur board. go see xP! oooh and i suggest u cud use those cool fonts for the interconnected and edit e img and.. erm. put it up as an img. oh well. im sooo long-winded ._.
