It's a cute type of blogskin which i'm not really into, lol. You should have used a font that is more.. cursive? To blend better i suppose :B

I think its a rather princessy skin, which is not exactly my type.
Firstly, the font irks me. Its not really suitable for blogskins.
The whole glittery thing falling from the top of the screen is distracting. You should make it flake in a lower amount / second or something?

Secondly, everything would have turned out nicer if you used solid borders in my opinions. I think everything is okay but can still be improved.
