The image is creatively done.

I love the creative layout too. Perhaps the links could've been put inside a drop-down list too so that the Archives header is in line the Music header, which will look much nicer in my opinion.

Hmm,
I think I have problem seeing the text as the background colour is a little too dark.
Perhaps making it opacity?
