The image is nice, but I do not understand why the text has to be in complete uppercase. You'd think the blogger was extremely angry or something. Anyway, font choice could be changed, but I suppose it is a matter of taste.

Sophisticated, but yeah, I think the background takes some of the classiness out from the skin.

i like the whole skin but the img doesn't seem to blend well with the bg. or rather, it's the bg's problem. because the img is all glamorous and classy, but the bg is pretty scratched up and all, so they don't seem to mix well. i think if it's a black bg, the skin would turn out nicer, but it's nice enough already (:
