How near?
Well, if you have headers problems, wrong patterns...very minor cases.

4.5 STARS: GREAT IMAGE! but blending problems to the layout.
Formation of layout is great!

4 stars: GREAT IMAGE! but layout does not have good formation and has blending problems

3.5 STARS: Image's effect not good, layout formation not good, blending not good.

3 STARS horrible image, horrible layout/effortless skin with simple layout and does not have an image.

1 -2.5 STARS: does not good look at all/effortless skin with just plain layout and no image

0.5 STARS: effort for ripping and creating nuisance of yourself by creating a stupid skin
