Just click the prntscrn or print screen button in your keyboard. search your keyboard.

then go to MS paint or any image progamme you want and paste it on a new piece then save.

I don't know why, but the background just distracts me from seeing the whole thing properly. but otherwise, it's not bad. The picture's kind of plain for me though. but otherwise cute.

p/s/ you know that you can just print screen from your desktop(monitor) than have to take a pic of your skin? Cause it looks like you took your skin picture literally with a camera. my thinking. (from your screenshot preview)
