I believe that everyone have the right to choose whether or not that they allow some other blogskinners from using their base codes. I dont see why there is a problem with Yeling not allowing so.

Think about it when your hardwork is taken and modified and then credit goes to the modified one. And pls note that I used the word modified because it's already meant not original.

Okay back to topic. I like this skin, especially the words in the footer. However, I think the headers can do with a larger letter-spacing. They look squished instead of stylish.
