I'm sorry but according to the dictionary, plagiarism is defined as taking someone's words or ideas as if they were your own. [You might want to google it] In this case, it is pretty obvious that the images were the same, positions were almost the same, colour theme also the same. So unless you want to argue that simply because of the fact that she used textures instead of glows negate her fault of plagiarising the images, the positions and also the colour theme, I am pretty sure that this is a form of plagiarism.

If however, you insist on the use of textures instead of glows negate her responsibility of plagiarism, I would like to raise an example of imitation bags. I'm sure if you visit Malaysia, China, Vietnam or any developing asian nations, its not uncommon to see imitations who merely change their names from LV to 7X. Even though they changed their names, LV can still press charges against imitation goods because of the similarity in design, colour and theme. Similar to this case, its a clear violation of intellectual property.

As for the use of the word fool, unless you can rebutt my above point, I believe this word best describe he/she who fails to prove his/her point of view.

I agree with /accidentality. tuesdaynight, i'm very sure you adopted the style of the layout from another skinner before. you cant just pass it off as your own originality and force others to take it down as you wish. the convenience of it isnt in your fingertips, try not to flaunt your authority like that in blogskins, ok? I'm sure you also copied some styles and the original designers didnt ask you to take them down, so CHILLAX.

What I'm talking about now is the originality. Honestly you have already offended me by doing this. The way you try to place the glows as well, it's just too similar. I know you didn't copy me but now it's a matter of originality, not imitation. I mean, even the colours are the same? You could have probably tried other colours other than blue, no?

Please remove this layout. It looks so similar to my previous one. If people want something like that, they could have gotten it from my layout, so there's no point doing something like a duplicate.
