This is clearly a crappy skin, (to people out there who think like me) but, I realize it's organized, it shows a theme and follows through with it, its got nice colors, it's overall apealing, (but I hate it) so for that, I'll give you a 4.

nice image, but it sorta looks like you put 10 minutes of work into the layout. i'm not saying you did, because for all i know you could've put hours into the layout [excluding the image] i think you should put a little more work into the actual layout. anyways, pretty good
