I like it a lot, but the image seems out of place...maybe move it up to the top right and add something else down the center.

It's ok... but the center image looks out of place. Perhaps use that as a date footer?

more of a citrus focus than orange... still nice and clean, i would use it if i were to look for a bright orange design. which i am not, at the moment
