Nice skin, appealing to me because I'm a fan of Charmed. However, even though the image is nice, the colour of the test box's scroll bar does not match your image. The colour of your font too does not correspond to the image. You should consider filling your text box with a definite colour like white and then lower the opacity to about 60%, it might look good.
