You need to keep in mind that not everyone has the Gautami font loaded on their computers, and if they don't have it then their computer is going to choose what it 'thinks' is the next closest thing... in this case, it's choosing times new roman.

Here's a webpage which lists fonts that are common to most PCs and Macs, I've found it really helpful:
