idea's there. but the picture just lacks of quality. erm.. you could try to sharpen a little on photoshop and stuff. but it wont really help coz it's really too blur. so the details would not be there. i only can suggest you to either size the picture smaller(which can only help a little) or find another picture.

keep practicing... find better pictures so you don't have to strech them! or use a dif. template codes so you can use a smaller graphic, and try personalizing the pictures keep working at it!
