I don't believe I haven't commented on this, but anyway. I like the tagline quite a fair bit, because it makes sense in a strange, twisted sort of way. I like the background because I love patterns. I like the image/brushes you used, it gives the layout a Victorian-ish look. I like the b;acl and white, because it's classic.

The skin is classical. I like the top bar. but i dont like e idea of repeaitng background since it's quite a pain to e eyes. good job with chosing the shapes (:
