Perhaps the 'majority of the world' does use IE, but there are simply just way too many people out there who prefer to use browsers like Opera or Mozilla's Firebird for designers to just blatantly ignore them.

Besides, say someone does use a skin that a person designed only for IE. How long do you think that user is going to keep using that skin when some of his/her readers start complaining that the blog is now unreadable? Do you think that same user is going to bother looking at the rest of that designer's skins when it becomes apparent that designer isn't checking for cross-browser compatibility? Not only that, it'd ruin that designer's credibility.

Francey has a point, not everyone uses IE. Just because non-IE users are a minority doesn't mean designers shouldn't care what ends up on those people's screens.

Whoooooa. It looks bad in Netscape and Opera. But awesome in IE.

It looks better. Much better than the bright pink one About the IE problem, I just wanted to comment that you cannot expect every single blogskin maker to test out their skins in other browsers just for a small part of the world. Majority of the world uses IE, so this would be good with majority of us. However, if it looks bad, of course, dont use it! Simple as that.

I'm just here to say, that not everyone in the world uses IE. I recommend that you check all of your designs in a "better" browser like mozilla or opera.

In all honesty, it looks really, really bad in mozilla. I'm using firebird, and the tables are misaligned, things that shouldn't be overlapping eachother are... the "about" section covers up the blog posts... in short, it's a mess.
