but you have the image cut off at the bottom again.. the arrow enters into the middle of the text, making it a bit tacky..

a little too blank. put the posts area closer to the sidebar. will be nicer. (: the empty gap seems so weird. and the blue and green arrows look kind of out of place. maybe put MORE arrows?
