The BlogSkins Skin Of The Day is determined automatically at the end of every day. Through a top-secret algorithm, it attempts to find the best skin submitted for every day that BlogSkins has been in existence. The determination of a Skin Of The Day begins at 12:00:01 am -- if a Skin Of The Day cannot be determined for that day, it attempts to find one the next day, and the next, and the next... until it finds one. Once a Skin Of The Day has been determined, it is the Skin Of The Day for that day, and it will never be replaced.

There is only one minimum criteria for a Skin Of The Day -- it must have a screenshot. The Skin Of The Day determination process sorts through all the skins submitted on a given day, with screenshots, and picks the best one. If there are two skins submitted that day, both with screenshots, and they're both good, but one's not better, it will wait for a clear winner to emerge and pick that one.
