this is my first skin, please be gentle with me :)

my coding seems to make the skin look different in certain configurations, so any constructive critism or help that can be offered for formatting this skin for all browsers/os's/resolutions etc.. are welcome!

my 5th skin. i was going to make a mini skin but i decided it looked better a little larger. oh well. maybe next time :P
