I got the stock photo from stock.xchng and I think it shows the underside of a laptop. The layout's kinda cramped and there aren't any space for a tagboard, webcam, etc. so if you need those I suggest you try a different skin. The layout uses the following pictures ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ).
