It's been a loooooooonnnnngggggg time since I've submitted a skin.
Was initially requested by my friend, she didn't use it anymore, so I decided to submit it.
LIGHTBLUE, SWEET
Best viewed in IE 6.0, resolution 1024 x 768.
I can't gurantee if it works in Mozilla Firefox or any other browers.
Screenshot may look pixelated as it's in JPG format, it definitely looks better in the Preview...
