This template took forever to do! Basically it's Teletext. It's based on UK's ITV/Channel 4 Teletext with the black background and mainly blue/yellow text.

The fonts are as good as I can get them, and the header requires one image ( here ) which you MUST upload to your own server. I'm not just saying it because I don't want my bandwidth stolen. I'm saying it because I'm not sure how long...

only that there's like a collage of nelly's picture above the entry box.
it's quite simple.
you can also just change the scroll-bar color if you think that pink's an eye-sore. *-*
and there ain't any picture over-lapping the entry box.
