My new skin after a long hiatus,yet again.

Hopefully this time it's better than my previous skins...

This skin is based on retro which is coming back suddenly,as seen in the picture of the girl with retro glasses.Also i added the code for the blogger comments,which can be removed if you wish to.

I think my nicest work up to date.But it's up to you to decide.

i did this skin quite awhile back&was inspired by the gossip girl episode on the masked ball.
ONLY TESTED IN IE at 1024x768
it looks a lil too big,the picture i mean,in 800x600,for your info.
